This role is more than traditional pick-and-pack work. You’ll be responsible for assembling detailed care kits, organizing multiple components, preparing devices, and following structured workflows that ensure patients receive the right materials every time.

What Success Looks Like

  • High accuracy in kit assembly and order preparation

  • Consistent achievement of daily productivity goals

  • Strong adherence to processes and quality standards

  • Well-organized, patient-ready kits and materials

  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
