Job Summary
We’re hiring Warehouse Associates to support the assembly, preparation, and organization of products and kits used in at-home patient care.
This role is more than traditional pick-and-pack work. You’ll be responsible for assembling detailed care kits, organizing multiple components, preparing devices, and following structured workflows that ensure patients receive the right materials every time.
Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to carefully follow defined processes and assembly standards.

In this position, you will:
Assemble multi-component care kits with precision and accuracy
Pull together and organize products, supplies, and equipment into complete patient-ready packages
Prepare and configure devices (e.g., tablets, monitoring equipment)
Follow structured workflows where quality and accuracy matter more than speed alone
Work in an environment with elevated standards for compliance, organization, and consistency

What You’ll Do
Assemble and organize patient care kits using multiple components and materials
Pull, verify, and prepare products according to detailed instructions and kit requirements
Follow step-by-step standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Meet daily goals for quality, accuracy, and productivity
Perform quality checks to ensure kits and orders meet standards
Prepare devices and materials for shipment and patient use
Maintain clean, organized, and compliant workstations
Handle inventory and materials accurately
Report any issues, defects, or inconsistencies
Support improvements to workflows and assembly processes
