Position Overview:

The Vice President of Marketing will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, product adoption, and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in product marketing, brand management, and digital marketing within the healthcare or technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy and Leadership:
  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with Impilo Health’s business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to shape the company’s strategic direction.
  1. Product Marketing:
  • Drive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring successful adoption and market penetration.
  • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  1. Brand Management:
  • Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including website content, social media, email campaigns, and more.
  • Ensure all communications and marketing activities align with the brand’s voice and values.
  1. Digital Marketing:
  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Optimize marketing spend across various channels to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Utilize analytics to measure performance, identify insights, and refine strategies.
  1. Partnerships and Collaborations:
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand market reach and enhance product offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and synergy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on product marketing and brand management.
  • Proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns in the healthcare or technology sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
