In this, you will have the unique opportunity to ramp up your career in sales while contributing to a transformative health tech startup. We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team.
You’ll work hand in hand with our sales team to identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, email, Linkedin outreach and other creative channels to book meetings for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outreach and Prospecting: You will be a driving force behind expanding our customer base. Conduct targeted research to identify potential customers reach out through cold calling, email campaigns, and other creative outreach strategies.
- Creative Messaging: Put your innovative thinking to the test by crafting compelling and engaging outreach messages. Experiment with different approaches and adapt your strategy based on feedback to optimize outreach effectiveness.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Keep track of leads and opportunities in our CRM system, ensuring that no potential business is left untapped.

Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, healthcare, technology).
- Strong interest in technology, healthcare, or health tech and a desire to contribute to the growth of a startup in this space.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- A passion for engaging with people, a positive attitude, and an ability to empathize with potential clients.
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently.
- Prior experience in sales, cold calling, or customer facing roles is a plus but not mandatory; we welcome enthusiastic learners!
