We're looking for a Director of Sales to lead our North American commercial operations. This is a rare opportunity to shape the go-to-market strategy of one of the most innovative platforms in agriculture.

Position Summary

The Director of Sales will own the sales strategy and execution across multiple customer segments—including Farmers, Ag-Retailers, and Dealer networks. The role involves leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, establishing channel partnerships, and directly contributing to Greeneye’s expansion. The ideal candidate has deep experience in ag equipment or precision ag sales and is passionate about scaling GTM teams in high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy aligned with Greeneye’s growth goals
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, including hiring and training
  • Manage strategic accounts with growers, retailers, and dealer partners
  • Own pipeline development, forecasting, and CRM discipline
  • Build and scale partner and dealer networks across key regions
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align messaging and execution
  • Represent Greeneye at industry events, customer summits, and partner meetings

Requirements

  • 10+ years in sales, including 5+ in sales leadership roles within agriculture or agtech
  • Proven track record of building sales teams and GTM infrastructure from the ground up
  • Deep understanding of ag equipment, dealer networks, and the modern grower’s needs
  • Highly accountable, self-starter, and results-oriented
  • CRM and sales analytics fluency (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across core territories

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus
  • Equity participation in a fast-growing company
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Significant growth and advancement opportunities
  • A collaborative, purpose-driven work culture
