Responsibilities:
- Develop applications that fully utilize Botpress's core AI automation platform.
- Identify and collaborate with valuable Partners and Integrations to create advantageous projects.
- Assist the sales & partnerships team by creating verticals solutions, demos and presentations.
- Support current clients through all Botpress channels, livechat, ticketing and Discord.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Uphold code quality and ensure continuous improvement through reviews and testing.
- Produce educational content for our users, written and video.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in engineering roles, including prototyping, product launches, or integrations.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or natural language processing is beneficial.
- This should not be your first rodeo. You have experience working in a hyper-growth environment, or venture-capital-backed startup.
- Proficiency in English (French, Spanish, Portuguese is a plus)
- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus

- Independent approach to tasks and projects.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end languages (Node.js, Python).
- Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with third-party API integrations.
- Proficiency delivering client demos
- Proficiency with Git or other version control systems and awareness of CI/CD practices.
- Ability to craft data analytics and visualizations for performance tracking.
