This role is a unique opportunity to create innovative interactions between AI models and human to achieve maximum quality and full automation when working with unstructured data. You will be creating an interface that will delight users and integrate naturally in their existing company’s business processes.

About the role

We are looking for a Tech Lead with a strong .NET background to lead our Scrum team, driving the development of the company's most foundational product. While .NET expertise is critical, we also expect this leader to progressively develop proficiency in Python, enabling a smooth knowledge transition and eventual workload expansion in this area.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a quality-first mindset
• Drive technical excellence in .NET while progressively expanding Python capabilities within the team
• Adapt and implement LEAN delivery principles and startup execution disciplines for efficient and scalable development
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering leadership to align technical strategy with business goals
• Establish and refine best practices for code quality, testing, and architecture
• Promote a culture of ownership, where engineers are accountable for delivery, quality, and innovation
• Ensure seamless Scrum execution, maintaining a strong feedback loop between development, testing, and deployment
• Coach and mentor engineers, enhancing their technical skills and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in .NET development (C#, ASP .NET, .NET Core)
• Familiarity with Python (or willingness to actively develop expertise)
• Experience leading Scrum teams in a high-growth or startup environment
• Deep understanding of LEAN development principles and agile best practices
• Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing engineers
• Strong communication skills and ability to drive collaboration across teams
• Commitment to technical excellence, scalability, and product quality.
