About the role

We are seeking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager based in our Yerevan office. You will be leading the development and growth of our AI-powered product portfolio, working in collaboration with the Product Leadership team. In this role, you will work at the intersection of cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies and customer-focused product development. The Product Manager will seek to understand market trends and our client needs to develop differentiated solutions that provide meaningful ROI and customer value. You will be responsible for driving the strategy, execution, and success of AI products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Data science, Design, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales. As a Product Manager who is a self-starter and data-driven decision maker, you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.

What you'll do

• Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for AI solutions that align with company goals and customer needs in collaboration with the Product Leadership team
• Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements based on business impact, customer feedback, and technical feasibility, while balancing short-term deliverables with long-term innovation goals
• Advocate for the user on the Scrum team, providing vision, direction, and prioritization to the Agile development team, by managing the backlog, writing effective user stories, leading grooming sessions, planning sprints, conducting retrospectives, and supporting with release management process
• Break down large projects into milestones, make trade-off decisions and get buy-in from cross-functional teams, while efficiently working towards business goals in a fast-paced environment
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights, validate ideas, and understand pain points that translate into actionable requirements on the roadmap with ongoing user research efforts
• Collaborate closely with the Design team to give the context and feedback to iterate on intuitive user experiences that meet the needs of diverse users
• Define and analyze metrics of product success and ROI and gather customer feedback to validate whether delivered features work per the defined metrics
• Identify product-related risks as well as ongoing risks with meeting release/sprint goals and work with cross-functional teams to mitigate these issues
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for AI applications.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of solid technology-based product management experience
• Have built enterprise SaaS, B2B products with measurable customer outcomes
• Ideally built products from 0-to-1 and worked in largely cross-functional teams and a track record of successful delivery of company-critical initiatives with experience doing so throughout all stages of the product lifecycle
• Experience, passion and knowledge in developing user-centric applications using AI/ML
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Can serve as the connection between customers and engineering
• Deep empathy for understanding customer needs and market feedback and leverage user insights and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions, you back decisions with data
• An aptitude for rapid learning.
