About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to join the Rosetta Stone team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining high-quality user interfaces using React and Redux,

driving technical module standardization, and aligning front-end architecture with our product vision.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable frontend applications using React and Redux
• Establish and enforce best practices for frontend development, including modularization and code consistency
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and backend engineering, to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business goals
• Lead efforts to standardize technical modules, frameworks, and libraries across the frontend ecosystem
• Act as a thought leader in frontend technology, contributing to long-term vision and archite

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React and Redux
• Deep understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Proven experience in driving standardization and modularization efforts in complex codebases
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions aligned with the broader vision
• Familiarity with frontend build tools, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and a startup mindset

Nice to haves:

• Experience with TypeScript and other modern front-end technologies
• Knowledge of design systems and UI/UX principles.
