Marketing Director (Demand Generation)

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing the end-to-end demand generation motion at ZERO Systems. You will develop integrated campaigns to generate qualified leads from C-level executives at medium to large enterprises in a B2B setting. This position will be responsible for executing, monitoring, and optimizing these integrated campaigns for inbound and outbound leads, to improve account progression and pipe acceleration. In this very hands-on role, your ability to think strategically and execute in a metrics-driven fashion will be critical to success. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop strategic integrated campaigns to drive lead generation across multiple channels including email marketing, event sponsorships, SEM, and social. 

  • Conceptualize and write compelling marketing copy to achieve the desired results. 

  • Interface with sales, product, and other teams to achieve your objectives. 

  • Develop and implement ABM campaigns for 1:Many, 1:Few and 1:1 programs 

  • Be extremely metrics driven, analyze results, and surface insights to optimize performance. 

Qualifications: 

  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation for B2B companies 

  • Masters degree in Marketing, English, Communication, or equivalent 

  • Proven experience working with sales to drive qualified leads, revenue, and account engagement 

  • Outstanding written communication skills 

  • Experience using marketing platforms such as Hubspot, Salesforce, and Google Adwords. 

  • Understanding of digital marketing funnel and lead management 

  • Experience in the AI or SaaS industry
