We’re a start up, so the ideal candidate understands we have a lot to figure out and is excited to help us. We’re looking for someone who can roll their sleeves up while also leading and growing an ops team. You’ll be our first Ops hire to grow and hire a team under you as we scale.
We’re looking for someone who understands empathy. Our company deals with people who have lost loved ones, so deep empathy is important. You should be an excellent communicator, a fierce customer advocate, and an extremely strong eye for details.
Design and implement process solutions for customers dealing with inheritance
Coordinate with customers and financial institutions for edge cases relating to account transfers
Develop and influence the product roadmap through your operations experience
Talk to customers to gain feedback on how our roadmap can improve
Coordinate and drive financial institutions to deliver excellence for the beneficiary
Participate in an agile development process, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
5+ years of experience in an Ops environment
Knowledge of financial institutions and ecosystems
Experience working in an agile environment.
Eagerness and willingness to roll up sleeves and do “the hard work”
Experience building fast, reliable cloud applications
Bonus points for:
Working in Ops for a startup, especially fintech related
Passion for Fintech/Finance
Familiarity with inheritance, trusts, and estates
