As a Renewals Operations Intern, you will assist the Customer Success Operations team and leaders with supporting renewals, performing renewal administration tasks, and maintaining accurate customer data. This internship is ideal for someone who has completed their studies or is in their final year and wants hands-on experience in SaaS operations, data auditing, and reporting.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

Must-Haves:

  • Completed Bachelor’s studies or in the final year of a degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • English Advanced / Working Proficiency (both written and spoken).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple small tasks.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) or reporting tools (Sigma, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Coursework or experience in data analysis, revenue operations, or business processes.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS metrics like ARR, renewals, and churn.
  • Interest in improving processes and learning about SaaS operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Support Renewals Operations:

  • Assist in tracking renewal timelines and statuses.
  • Support the preparation of reports and dashboards in Excel or internal tools.
  • Work with Account Managers and leaders to gather missing information and ensure renewals are accurately reflected.

Support Data Accuracy & Auditing:

  • Help audit customer Service Contracts and Opportunities in Salesforce to identify inconsistencies.
  • Report discrepancies related to upsells, downsells, missed billing, or unreported churn.
  • Assist in keeping ARR reporting accurate with guidance from the team.
