As a Recruitment Specialist at Tive, you will play a vital role in providing support to our recruitment team and contributing to a smooth and efficient hiring process. You’ll support the hiring process end to end while also contributing to broader People Ops and office needs as part of a small, highly collaborative team. You will assist with various tasks throughout the recruitment lifecycle, helping to streamline operations and deliver a positive candidate experience. You will collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and support a seamless hiring process from start to finish.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Proficiency using a range of sourcing techniques and platforms to identify and attract top talent
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Rippling
  • A self-starter mindset with a proactive approach to identifying gaps and taking ownership to drive solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
  • A high level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Experience supporting general People Operations initiatives, including employee experience, culture-building, and day-to-day People Ops work
  • Comfort handling ad-hoc administrative, operational, and office-related needs in a dynamic, growing organization

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partnering closely with hiring managers and recruiters to move open roles through the hiring process
  • Developing and executing recruiting strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
  • Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conducting initial candidate screens and supporting interview evaluation
  • Coordinating interviews, including scheduling, candidate communication, and feedback collection
  • Assisting with reference checks and background screenings as needed
  • Maintaining accurate recruiting data and generating reports as needed
  • Serving as a point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process
  • Assisting with onboarding tasks for new hires
  • Supporting People Operations initiatives such as employee engagement efforts, internal events, and team projects
  • Pitching in on ad-hoc People Ops, office, and administrative tasks as needed to support the broader People function
