As a Reverse Logistics Representative, you will work alongside our global team to coordinate the collection and return of used Tive devices for refurbishment and reuse. You are someone who takes pride in the end result of their work and is a go-getter. In this role,you will work with customers and carriers to facilitate the return of used Tive devices. The role offers a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and be a huge part of building an amazing company and team.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Fluency in English.
  • A technical or university degree (or relevant experience) and 1-3 years of experience in logistics along with one of the following fields: customer success, account management, sales development.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to learn and continuously improve.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time productively.
  • Patience, empathy, and persistence in a customer-facing context.
  • Strong organizational skills and exemplified ability to adhere to scheduled tasks.
  • Diligence and enthusiasm; you appreciate quality and deliver it on a daily basis.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce, NetSuite and other ERP tools.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Contact customers through calls and emails to facilitate all aspects of the return process.
  • Monitor all return shipments and work closely with our carriers to tackle any issues in transit and file claims if necessary.
  • Process return requests from customers - logging the request in our ERP system, creating a shipping label for the customer, and scheduling a pickup for the shipment.
  • Work closely with our refurbishment team to ensure shipments are received smoothly and that both teams are aligned on our quarterly goals.
  • This position offers a hybrid work environment, allowing employees to work some days each week remote and some from our office in Naucalpan de Juárez.
  • Innovate and implement creative ideas to help us become more efficient in a rapidly-growing department that has doubled in size this past year.
  • Work to build strong relationships with and support our global team, including remote peers in other time zones.
