About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Partnerships Lead to join our NYC-based team and play a pivotal role in our expansion efforts. This individual will establish and nurture relationships with accounting firms, fractional CFOs, advisory shops, and potentially private equity firms or other industry partners. Their primary objective will be to drive lead generation through these strategic partnerships, contributing to the company's growth.


  • Outreach: Conduct extensive outreach to potential partners, present Tabs' value proposition, and foster mutually beneficial collaborations.

  • Strategic Relationship Building: Identify, establish, and maintain strong relationships with key partners in the accounting, financial advisory, and private equity sectors. Conducting lunch & learns with their broader teams to educate them on Tabs value offering.

  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies through strategic partnerships, contributing to the overall sales pipeline and company growth.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and maximize partnership impact.

  • Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform partnership strategies.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.

  • Process Improvement: Proactively identify and implement best practices to enhance partnership processes and strategies.

  • Partner Engagement: Keep partners engaged through regular communication, including newsletters, enablement materials, and updates on product developments and company news to maintain strong, active relationships.

  • Event Participation: Track and attend relevant accounting and financial industry events, conferences, and webinars to network with potential partners, stay updated on industry trends, and promote Tabs’ solutions.

Who are you

  • 2-6+ years of experience in banking, consulting, business development, or partnerships.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and establish trust with partners.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Highly proficient in analyzing data, understanding metrics, and making data-driven decisions.

  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.

  • Eager to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
