About the Role

We are looking for an NYC-based Mid-Market Account Executive to join our growing Go-to-Market team and support the full sales lifecycle, with exposure across marketing, demand generation, sales, onboarding, customer success, and GTM strategy and operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full customer lifecycle, getting involved in pipeline creation, the full sales motion, customer onboarding, and success. Closing new business and developing our most interesting and challenging ICP will be your #1 priority

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and engineering. Deliver customer feedback and insights to inform our product roadmap. Partner closely with the team on solutions, scoping needs, implementation, and onboarding

  • Help drive our GTM strategy by understanding the needs of our customer persona and translating that into a scalable sales motion and broader GTM strategy. Support the continual evolution of our messaging and product marketing, and help develop a strategic framework behind the sales motion while working with our highest priority segment

Who You Are

  • Customer EQ – Genuinely interested in learning about prospects, their businesses, and their challenges. Ability to connect with users/buyers and take a consultative approach to solving customers’ needs

  • Curious & Intelligent Ability to turn curiosity into knowledge; to synthesize and distill lots of disparate information; to master a new and complex subject or product

  • Autonomy – Can successfully operate autonomously, and is experienced with capturing and communicating representative metrics and results

  • Sales Fundamentals – Strong command of sales fundamentals and process, with an innate understanding of sales motions and methodologies and how to flexibly apply them

While we are open to candidates from a wide variety of backgrounds, we expect this role to be an especially good fit for candidates with 4-6+ years of experience, and ideally having worked in early-stage startups. Bonus points if you have experience selling to Finance or Accounting leaders!
