Tabs is the leading AI-native revenue platform for modern finance and accounting teams. Tabs agents automates the entire contract-to-cash lifecycle, including billing, collections, revenue recognition, and reporting, to help teams eliminate manual work and accelerate cash flow.

High-growth companies like Cursor and Statsig rely on Tabs to generate invoices directly from contracts, reconcile payments in real time, and automate ASC 606 compliance.

Founded in 2023, Tabs has raised over $91 million from Lightspeed Venture Partners, General Catalyst, and Primary. The team is headquartered in New York and brings deep expertise in finance and AI.

We are hiring a New York–based people manager to lead our highly visible and high-impact Product Delivery team. This team sits at the intersection of customers, product, and engineering, owning complex deployments for high-value B2B clients and directly influencing our ability to close and expand deals.

This is not a traditional delivery or project management role. We’re looking for someone who brings product judgment to delivery, can operate in ambiguity, and is comfortable shaping what we build, not just how we execute it.

You’ll lead a team, stay close to technical problem solving, and work directly with customers and go-to-market teams to drive meaningful commercial outcomes.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and develop a hybrid team of in-office and remote contributors, with a focus on coaching, performance, and raising the bar on execution and judgment

  • Own intake, scoping, and prioritization of new work from Sales, Solutions, and Implementation, making clear tradeoffs across customers, speed, and long-term product direction

  • Partner directly with customers and GTM teams during deal cycles to deeply understand requirements, pressure-test solutions, and determine what is worth building

  • Bring strong product thinking to delivery: define what “good enough” looks like, balance short-term wins with long-term scalability, and avoid over-engineering

  • Work closely with the technical lead and engineers to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear, actionable work, while navigating complexity and constraints

  • Allocate resources across projects based on skillset, urgency, and business impact, managing a portfolio of concurrent implementations

  • Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery, proactively managing risks, surfacing issues early, and keeping stakeholders aligned

  • Identify patterns across customer work and feed structured insights back into Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap

About the team

  • A small, senior-leaning Product Delivery team based in New York, supported by contractors across Colombia, India, and Mexico

  • Deeply embedded with Implementation, Customer Success, Sales, and Solutions to deliver bespoke and semi-bespoke solutions for B2B customers

  • Engages early in the sales cycle, carries ownership through implementation, and supports solutions until they are absorbed into the core product

  • Example work includes integrating third-party systems (payments, tax, ERP), building internal tooling for complex workflows, and transforming messy customer data into structured formats

About you

  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B software, ideally in fast-moving or early-stage environments

  • A hybrid product and delivery background. You’ve owned outcomes, not just execution, and are comfortable shaping solutions in ambiguous environments

  • Proven people management experience, leading technical or semi-technical ICs (engineering, solutions, implementation, or similar)

  • Strong technical fluency and systems thinking. You can engage with engineers, understand tradeoffs, and make sound decisions without writing production code

  • Experience working directly with customers on complex implementations, including scoping, navigating changing requirements, and handling high-stakes conversations

  • Strong judgment around prioritization and tradeoffs. You know how to balance speed, quality, and long-term maintainability

  • Experience operating in messy, real-world environments where data, systems, and customer needs are not clean or well-defined

  • Experience in B2B SaaS required; exposure to fintech, payments, compliance, or AI-driven products is a strong plus

  • Low ego, highly collaborative, and comfortable influencing across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams

Perks and Benefits (Full-time Employees)

  • Competitive compensation and equity

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Up to 100% employer covered monthly healthcare premium (medical, dental, vision)

  • Lunch provided via Sharebite, plus dinner for any later office days.

  • Parental leave up to 12 weeks

  • Tax free commuter and parking benefits

  • Voluntary insurances (Life, Hospital, Critical Illness, Accident)

  • Employee Assistance Program (Rightway)

  • Free One Medical Membership

  • 401k
