The Operations Associate role is a key member of our team that helps facilitate and supervise tasks that are related directly with the properties we manage, our landlord partners, and our residents. We’re looking for someone who is a good communicator, well rounded, and interested in joining a small established team with high growth potential.

Responsibilities:

• Assist and supervise the apartment onboarding process.

• Coordinate and execute a small amount of in-person showings (about 5-10 per week).

• Assist and improve the process for support tickets as they come in from our residents.

• Communicate with cleaning crews, landlords, and property management companies to solve problems.

• When necessary, you will need to be able to our apartments, and help fix any maintenance issues in the apartment.

• Maintain and update Key Performance Indicators tracking the week by week performance of the resident support team

• Assist in the creation of marketing materials 3D tour capture, basic photography, and videography (no experience required).

Requirements:

• Have a car or similar means of transportation

• Live in the Greater Boston Area

• Outspoken and friendly

• Preferred, but not required experience in customer service

• Interest in content creation, photography is a plus
