Marketing Executive
Marketing & Communications
Dubai - United Arab Emirates
Role Overview
We’re looking for a versatile, full-stack Marketing Executive to own and scale Qashio’s growth in Europe. Marketing at Qashio is all about clarity, creativity, and commercial impact. You won't be building from scratch on an island- you will be backed by our established global marketing hub in the UAE.
Your mission is to act as the commercial bridge: leveraging HQ's resources to scale high-impact campaigns, while taking hands-on ownership of local European strategy, competitive positioning, and rapid execution. If you have a start-up mindset, know how to utilize a central team for scale, and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty to win the market, this is the place.
Responsibilities
HQ Collaboration & Local Execution: Partner seamlessly with our central marketing team in the UAE. Brief them effectively to leverage global design, performance, and content resources, while adapting and localizing campaigns for the European market.
Drive Full-Funnel Growth: Own the localized growth plan. Work with HQ on paid media and SEO, while you independently drive local events, partnerships, and ABM campaigns, obsessing over pipeline generation and commercial impact.
Product Marketing & Competitive Intel: Deeply understand the European spend-management landscape. Be market-intelligent and competitor-aware, feeding insights back to HQ and crafting local positioning that makes it obvious why Qashio wins against regional competitors.
Agile, Hands-On Delivery: While HQ handles the heavy lifting, you are scrappy enough to make quick website CMS updates, tweak a Figma asset for a local campaign, or spin up a landing page without waiting for central support.
Campaigns & Events: Lead local field marketing, trade shows, and webinars. Build mid-funnel demand engines that get Qashio in front of European CFOs and finance leaders.
Data-Driven Decisions: Run structured growth experiments, test hypotheses, track campaign performance, and translate learnings into repeatable playbooks.
Qualifications and Experience
2+ years’ experience in a versatile marketing role, preferably within fintech, financial services, or B2B SaaS.
Experience in a Regional/Scaling Role: Proven ability to operate locally while effectively leveraging resources from a global Head Office.
Strong foundations in growth, product marketing, events, and the ability to independently use tools like your website CMS and basic design platforms for quick local execution.
Start-up DNA: You thrive in high-growth environments, operate with high urgency, and know how to ruthlessly prioritize what moves the needle.
