Commercial Account Executive

Role Overview

The Commercial Account Executive is the growth engine for Qashio’s European expansion. Targeting the SMB and Mid-Market sectors, this high-velocity role is responsible for driving rapid sales growth and building lasting relationships. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of closing experience, thrives on crushing monthly new-logo targets, and ensures customers seamlessly transition from signing a contract to actively transacting on our platform.

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Sales: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from generating outbound opportunities and qualifying inbound leads to negotiating and closing.

  • Product Demos: Showcase our solutions to clients through high-impact product demos tailored to their specific pain points.
    Customer Activation: Partner with the onboarding team to ensure newly signed logos quickly become "live, happy, and transacting" customers.

  • Pipeline & Activity Management: Maintain high daily activity metrics and track all sales, forecasting, and relevant market metrics via CRM.
    Continuous Learning: Understand startup culture, embrace feedback, and apply new sales methodologies to continuously improve win rates.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience: 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS or Fintech preferred) with a track record of meeting monthly/quarterly logo targets.
    Skills: High emotional intelligence, strong objection handling, and the ability to find opportunities to offer solutions.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRMs (HubSpot) and modern prospecting tools (e.g., Sales Navigator).

  • Compliance: Must have a valid right to work in Ireland.
