As our Territory Manager for Abu Dhabi, you'll lead commercial growth across one of the UAE's most important markets. You'll leverage your established network and local market expertise to build strategic relationships, generate new business, and position Qashio as the leading spend management platform for organizations across Abu Dhabi.

This is a senior sales role for someone with 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, a strong consultative sales approach, and an existing network of senior finance and business leaders in Abu Dhabi. You'll be based in Abu Dhabi and will own the territory, driving complex sales opportunities from initial engagement through to successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and expand a strong pipeline through your existing network, strategic prospecting, referrals, events, partnerships, and account-based selling.

  • Develop relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, Procurement leaders, and executive stakeholders across both government and private sector organizations.

  • Lead consultative discovery sessions to understand customer priorities, operational challenges, and digital transformation objectives.

  • Manage complex sales opportunities involving multiple decision-makers, procurement processes, and extended sales cycles.

  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and value-based presentations that align with customer business outcomes.

  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders across Abu Dhabi.

  • Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate agreements, and close high-value opportunities.

  • Accurately manage pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity progression within the CRM.

  • Consistently exceed territory revenue targets and commercial KPIs.

  • Represent Qashio at networking events, industry conferences, and customer meetings across Abu Dhabi.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Leadership teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences and support strategic initiatives.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi business landscape, competitive environment, and market trends.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally within FinTech, Payments, Expense Management, ERP, or enterprise software.

  • Proven success selling through consultative, value-based sales methodologies and managing complex enterprise sales cycles.

  • An established network of finance leaders, business executives, and decision-makers within Abu Dhabi.

  • Must be based in Abu Dhabi with strong knowledge of the local business ecosystem.

  • Demonstrated history of exceeding revenue targets and growing strategic territories.

  • Experience engaging executive stakeholders including CFOs, Finance Directors, Procurement leaders, and C-suite executives.

  • Excellent commercial, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

  • Self-driven with a high degree of ownership and accountability.

  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
