The Role

As we continue to scale across regions, we're looking for a motivated TA to join our friendly team & support our growth.

What you’ll be doing

• Own the review and assessment of inbound applications across multiple roles

• Carefully screen CVs and applications with attention to quality, relevance, and potential

• Conduct initial interviews and conversations to assess capability, motivation, and fit

• Partner with hiring managers to understand what good looks like beyond a job description

• Manage candidates through the hiring process with clarity, fairness, and respect

• Ensure a positive, human candidate experience at every stage

• Track and maintain accurate hiring data, pipelines, and status updates

• Use hiring metrics and insights (conversion rates, time-to-hire, applicant quality) to continuously improve how we hire

• Support hiring across functions such as Sales and either Tech or Product

• Help ensure we hire people who contribute positively to the team culture and raise the bar

You should ideally have between 1-3 years experience
