At Qashio, we're on a mission to transform how businesses manage company spending. As a Business Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, playing a critical role in generating and qualifying sales opportunities for our Commercial team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career who is energetic, resilient, and enjoys speaking with new people. Your focus will be on outbound prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and working closely with our Sales Team to build a healthy sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels.

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs, challenges, and suitability for Qashio's solutions.

  • Clearly communicate Qashio's value proposition, tailoring messaging to different industries and customer profiles.

  • Research target accounts, decision-makers, and buying personas to identify new business opportunities.

  • Work closely with the Business Development Managers to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.

  • Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity and qualification targets.

  • Maintain accurate prospect information, activities, and pipeline updates within the CRM.

  • Continuously develop product knowledge, sales skills, and market understanding to improve conversion rates.


Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role, preferably within B2B SaaS or FinTech.

  • Experience handling both outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification is highly desirable.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to engage senior decision-makers.

  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and managing multiple conversations daily.

  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple opportunities.

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • A positive, professional attitude with a strong customer-first mindset.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
