As a Presales Engineer – ERP & Integrations, you will act as the ERP subject matter expert and play a pivotal role in helping prospective customers understand Qashio’s capabilities and how our platform integrates with their existing financial systems. You will lead technical ERP discussions, evaluate integration requirements, prepare and deliver tailored demonstrations, and work closely with internal teams to support complex RFPs/RFQs. This role bridges Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition from presales to implementation.
Responsibilities
- ERP & Integrations Expertise.
- Act as the ERP Integrations technical advisor for prospective and existing clients.
- Understand clients’ financial workflows, ERP landscapes, and accounting structures to propose the right integration approach.
- Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to scope, design, and present integration workflows across major ERP systems.
- Presales Support.
- Lead ERP and accounting-related discussions during the sales process.
- Collaborate with Sales to identify integration challenges and present Qashio’s solutions.
- Assist in designing scalable integration architectures tailored to client requirements.
- RFPs / RFQs Management.
- Own the technical sections of RFP/RFQ responses, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client ERP environments.
- Prepare ERP integration use cases, architecture diagrams, and technical documents for large enterprise deals.
- Set up, configure, and maintain demo environments.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations showcasing Qashio’s ERP integration capabilities and spend management workflows.
- Support the Customer Success Management (CSM) team during technical handovers for ERP-integrated deployments.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to provide feedback from presales engagements.
- Act as the voice of the customer to influence Qashio’s ERP integration roadmap.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in ERP presales, functional consulting, or ERP solution architecture.
- Proven experience with ERP integrations and at least 2 end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
- Hands-on expertise with at least one major ERP: SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle (Netsuite / EBS).
- Strong understanding of API-based integrations and accounting workflows.
- Experience designing and delivering tailored ERP-related demos and integration pitches.
- Prior exposure to responding to RFPs/RFQs for enterprise deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including working with C-level executives.
- UAE market experience preferred, ideally having worked directly with in-country ERP projects.
- English fluency required; Arabic is a plus.
