We are on the lookout for a Senior Product Designer who combines strong individual contributor (IC) capabilities with leadership skills and a high sense of ownership. You’ll take the lead on key product experiences, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering and other teams to solve user problems and ship elegant, impactful solutions. We’re scaling quickly, and we need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment - someone who can drive design decisions, bring structure to ambiguity, and help elevate our product experience through thoughtful, data-informed design.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for core product initiatives - from discovery through delivery.
• Scope, prioritise, and deliver design work in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to align on problems and solutions.
• Lead product design decisions using user research, data, and design best practices.
• Design intuitive, scalable user experiences with strong UX and UI foundations.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system and internal design processes.
• Exhibit leadership by influencing product direction, championing user experience, and setting a high bar for design quality.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI for web and mobile applications.
• Strong individual contributor with leadership skills and the ability to drive product vision through design.
• Proven experience in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and multiple stakeholders.
• High sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes and product quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Figma and experienced with design systems.
• Experience in fintech, B2B products, or early-stage startups.
