The Project Manager – Revenue Operations will drive cross-functional initiatives that optimise revenue growth, operational efficiency, and business scalability. He or she will be the intersection of SDR, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, ensuring alignment and execution across teams and will also be leading strategic projects, streamline processes, and build systems that support forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end revenue operations projects across departments — from planning to execution.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and success teams to identify and solve operational gaps and inefficiencies.
  • Develop and implement processes for pipeline management, quota setting, performance reporting, and forecasting.
  • Own key systems and tools used in RevOps (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Excel/Sheets, BI dashboards).
  • Track KPIs, build reporting dashboards, and deliver insights that support revenue planning and strategy.
  • Ensure alignment between teams through structured workflows, documentation, and communication plans.
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and resources to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 4+ years of experience in project management or revenue operations, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or B2B tech.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, revenue metrics, and operational best practices.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Excel/Google Sheets, and project management platforms (Asana, Notion, ClickUp).
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a plus.
