The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the market success of our products by crafting and executing compelling go-to-market strategies. We’re on the lookout for a creative, strategic leader who can seamlessly integrate brand, content, performance and sales enablement. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and the Product team to translate product features into impactful marketing communication, focusing on customer needs and target audiences . You will drive Product adoption and brand elevation through integrated marketing initiatives, scaling content, demand generation and high-impact campaigns, crafting data-driven narratives that resonate within the fintech and B2B SaaS space. Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, conceptualise and execute comprehensive multi-channel go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns for new and existing products, aligning with overall marketing and business objectives at Qashio.
  • Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences, highlighting key benefits and differentiators.
  • Create and manage product marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, case studies, and sales collateral.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop engaging content that drives product awareness and lead generation for our Sales team.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to provide sales enablement materials and training, ensuring they are equipped to effectively communicate Qashio’s product value.
  • Plan and execute product launches, webinars, exhibitions and other marketing events to drive product adoption and customer engagement.
  • Analyse marketing campaign performance and provide insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
  • Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, including product adoption, customer feedback, and market share.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Actively participate in cross-functional team meetings, contributing to strategic planning and execution.
  • Conduct customer and market analyses to understand the competitive landscape, establish product differentiators and develop strategic product positioning and messaging that differentiates Qashio in the fintech Saas landscape.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to enhance visual storytelling and ensure consistent, high-quality brand aesthetics across all marketing channels.
  • Lead the development and execution of the growth marketing playbook, ensuring best practices are implemented and refined.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • A degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing software products.
  • Proven ability to create and optimise high-impact marketing copy for diverse platforms, including websites, ads, blogs, emails and product materials.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market data and marketing campaign performance.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated experience and interest in the fintech space; previous experience in a fintech company is a significant advantage.
  • Strong creative and aesthetic sense, with an understanding of modern design principles and brand storytelling.
  • A good understanding of accounting and expense management systems.
  • Experience with digital marketing strategies and tactics.
