The Performance Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across various online channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven marketing. The Performance Marketing Executive will work closely with the Head of Marketing and other stakeholders to ensure that marketing efforts align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Plan and manage paid search, display, retargeting, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals, target audience and brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Adverts, Facebook Insights and other analytics platforms.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other optimisation experiments to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and on-page/off-page optimisation.
  • Continuously explore new marketing channels, tools, and strategies to keep the company ahead of the competition.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts support product launches and other key initiatives.
  • Have a clear understanding of ROAS, including but not limited to how to calculate and interpret factors that can affect ROAS and to suggest improvements.
  • Track and analyse the CPL and CAC across various marketing channels, implementing strategies to reduce costs while maintaining or improving lead quality and customer acquisition rates.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in a performance marketing role; experience with B2B is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, social media, display and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-house performance marketing experience is a must.
