We’re on the hunt for a results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our Commercial team and help scale growth for our customer base. The role revolves around identifying, contacting and qualifying potential customers. You will be working closely with the wider Commercial team in ensuring we have a robust pipeline and achieving set targets within agreed-upon timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Reaching out to potential leads or following up on inquiries via phone calls, emails or social media
  • Packaging Qashio’s features and services into a call/email to entice and engage potential customers
  • Qualifying leads and scheduling quality meetings/demos geared towards helping the Sales team close deals
  • Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled time frames
  • Maintaining positive business relationships that last; we don’t believe in one-and-done sales
  • Utilising a CRM system to manage and track sales activities and progress
  • Identifying and reporting any potential issues or roadblocks that may impact sales success
  • Analysing assigned markets’ potential, tracking sales and other relevant metrics

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of sales or lead generation experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, emails and social outreach
  • Experience working with a CRM, and good understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Ability to speak confidently and effectively with customers, partners and members of relevant Qashio teams
  • A bachelor’s degree in business or related fields.
  • Excellent proficiency in communication and written English, Arabic would be a plus.
