Senior Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities, planning, strategy, analysis, campaign execution and budgets while leading a team of professionals who will ensure that Qashio becomes the go-to solution.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the development of Qashio’s branding and corporate identity initiatives.
  • Developing and implementing marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new service/functionality introductions and other marketing projects.
  • Coming up with innovative strategies to establish and grow Qashio’s market shares.
  • Developing and managing marketing budgets.
  • Developing creative and memorable advertising, public relations, social media programs and events.
  • Negotiating with media partners to guarantee advantageous contracts.
  • Collaborating closely with sales, customer success, product and public relations teams on brand initiatives.
  • Managing agencies, service providers, consultants, freelancers and other suppliers.
  • Leading and guiding the marketing team.
  • Overseeing the operation of Qashio’s company website and other digital channels; providing analytics and reports.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in a marketing management role with direct reports.
  • B2B SaaS Marketing experience is preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of the market and scope of FinTech software/platforms, and accounting and expense management systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace suites.
  • Expertise in creating and delivering presentations tailored to audience needs.
  • Relationship management skills and a can-do attitude when presented with challenges.
  • Highly motivated with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Demonstrated experience, exposure and interest in the FinTech space; preferably having worked directly with a FinTech company.
  • A bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in marketing, strategic communications, business or related field.
