Role overview
We’re on the hunt for a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our Commercial team. They will leverage strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and identify opportunities for new business, with the support of the wider Commercial team.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed company sales goals and objectives.
- Packaging Qashio’s features and services into engaging presentations, solid arguments or data-supported documents to entice and engage potential customers.
- Leading and coordinating contract negotiations for a successful close.
- Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled time frames.
- Analyzing assigned markets’ potential, tracking sales and other relevant metrics via our CRM
- Identifying and pursuing potential clients or customers through various means, including cold calling, networking, and lead generation campaigns.
- Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the fintech/SaaS industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, emails and social outreach.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- The ability to identify and address customer needs and objections, as well as adapt sales strategies, is important.
- Proficiency in negotiation techniques to close deals on favourable terms.
- Knowledge of relevant software tools, CRM systems etc.
