Qashio is a fast-growing fintech company with a comprehensive spend management platform for businesses to manage expenses and payments with software-enabled corporate cards and all-inclusive accounts payable automation with integrations to multiple ERP systems. We are currently present in UAE and KSA, and are expanding our teams across departments and markets.

About the Role

The ERP Functional Consultant plays a crucial role in our customers’ experience with Qashio. Your goal is to ensure the smooth integration of Qashio and accompanying systems considering our customers’ and partners’ requirements. You will facilitate the process from onboarding to training, guiding customers through a seamless integration and ensuring the successful deployment of well-thought out solutions.

Specifically, your role will focus on:

• Driving functional integration between Qashio and clients' ERP systems
• Understanding the customer’s business process requirements and ensuring our solutions are tailored to match the customer’s needs
• Evaluating the customer’s business requirements and objectives and transforming the same into company processes, solutions and modules for implementation
• Assessing and understanding the customizations level required during the implementation
• Facilitating a well-defined business process mapping and ERP configuration
• Working with technical teams and project-managing a seamless integration and deployment process from plan to close
• Solving issues; working towards corrective and preventive actions
• Providing the necessary ERP user and functional training at client/customer sites whenever necessary
• Preparing system design documentation and providing support to stakeholders of the implementation process

Requirements

• Experience implementing Oracle ERP, Netsuite, Microsoft Dynamics ERP or SAP
• Proven substantial working experience in field level ERP implementation
• Strong skills in verbal and written communications; professional proficiency in English, Arabic would be a plus
• Demonstrated experience and a passion in accounting software or ERP

Ideal Candidates will have UAE On-site work experience from either/or;

• SaaS or Software vendor selling ERP and/or managing existing ERP clients directly
• Implementation partner or reseller of a well known ERP product
• Can provide a list of a minimum of 5 ERP clients where direct relationship with C-level have been maintained (Reference checks will be requested)
