What you’ll be doing:

We’re looking for a highly skilled UX Copywriter to bring clarity, consistency, and cohesion to our digital products. In this role, you’ll craft clear, concise, and user-friendly copy that simplifies interactions and elevates usability. You’ll work closely with designers and product teams to deliver high-quality microcopy at scale, ensuring every touchpoint feels intentional and seamless.

This is an execution-focused role for someone who thrives on the daily grind of reviewing and refining copy across multiple features. You should have a bias for action, a strong command of language, and a deep passion for using words as a design tool to create better user experiences.

  • Review and refine UX copy across multiple features, ensuring clarity and consistency before go-live.
  • Write functional, user-centered microcopy for product flows, UI components, and system messages.
  • Partner with designers to improve copy earlier in the process, balancing speed with quality.
  • Maintain consistency across products by applying and evolving style guides, voice and tone frameworks, and reusable content patterns.
  • Support high-priority content updates, ensuring alignment with brand and product goals.
  • Advocate for continuous updates to ensure UI copy meets evolving user and business needs.
  • Work within tight timelines to deliver effective copy solutions at scale.
  • Champion best practices in UX writing, with a strong focus on accessibility and usability.

What you need to succeed:

  • 5+ years of experience in UX writing or a related field, with a strong emphasis on functional execution.
  • Proficiency in English (C1 or higher), with exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UX copy for web, mobile apps, or other digital products.
  • Experience working with design tools (e.g. Figma)
  • Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple copy requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset, working closely with designers and product teams to refine and optimize copy.
