As a Data & Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in turning data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions across product, marketing, and sales. You’ll dive deep into large datasets, build analytical models and measure the efficiency of Influ2 as a product, and help shape data-driven strategies across the company.
What you'll do:
- Build and improve analytical models: Create and enhance advertising influence, predictive models and research frameworks to evaluate product impact, client ROI, and growth opportunities.
- Conduct deep-dive research: Explore how different factors affect product performance and campaign efficiency, providing insights that guide decision-making.
- Work with large datasets: Analyze hundreds of millions of rows of data using SQL, spreadsheets, and statistical methods.
- Develop reporting & dashboards: Support business teams with clear, structured reporting using BI tools..
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with product, marketing, and sales teams to answer key business questions and optimize go-to-market strategies.
Experience:
- You have 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in marketing, sales, media or related domains.
- You have advanced experience with SQL (Google BigQuery is a plus) and Excel/Google Sheets.
- You have practical experience with BI tools (Looker is a plus, but other platforms work too).
- You are familiar with Python or R for analytics.
Skills:
- Upper-Intermediate English is essential.
- Project and time management: You take full ownership of analytics projects, managing multiple complex datasets and research tasks simultaneously, and consistently deliver actionable insights.
- Complex Data Analysis: You are comfortable navigating and analyzing large and complex datasets to uncover meaningful patterns and insights.
- Deep-dive Analytics & Modeling: You enjoy conducting in-depth research, performing statistical analysis, and building models that inform product and business decisions.
- Curiosity & Attention to Detail: You are naturally curious, highly detail-oriented, and driven to extract actionable insights that enhance product effectiveness and support strategic decision-making.
