As a People Partner at Influ2, you will be critical in fostering a positive and productive work environment. You will support various HR functions, from onboarding to employee engagement, ensuring our team members have the resources and support they need to thrive.
What you'll do:
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Guide new employees through all onboarding stages and manage offboarding processes smoothly
- Employee Relations: Conduct 1:1s with employees upon request, gather feedback, and maintain regular communication to ensure employee satisfaction and address concerns
- Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with employment laws and regulations
- Vendor Coordination and Event Management: Communicate and coordinate with various vendors to manage events and celebrations, as well as handle company-wide communications
- Employee Engagement: Implement strategies and policies to maintain a positive work environment and high levels of employee engagement
- Insights and Metrics: Create and maintain HR reports, track HR metrics, and provide insights to improve HR processes
- Policy Implementation: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Tools Administration: Manage and improve our HR Platform—Bob, implement and manage new software tools to enhance HR operations
- Over 3 years of HR experience in a startup or scale-up global company with a distributed remote team
- Advanced English, both written and verbal
- Experience working with HRIS (preferably Bob) and other HR tools
- Proven track record of creating HR policies from scratch
- Excellent Communication Skills: You are a great listener and negotiator. You will effectively represent Influ2 to our employees and leadership team while addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment
- Self-Motivation: You are a problem solver who strongly desires to contribute to Influ2's business success and ensure the highest quality in HR practices
- Business Acumen: You understand the importance of HR work on the overall business performance and can align HR strategies with business goals to drive impactful results
- Curiosity: You enjoy exploring what makes Influ2 unique and always stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR
- Goal-oriented: You are comfortable with uncertainty and eager to take on challenges, achieving results quickly without sacrificing quality
- Organizational Skills: You excel at managing multiple tasks, coordinating employee relations activities, and keeping track of various HR processes
- Attention to Detail: You carefully review HR documents, ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and maintain accurate records
