We're seeking a Talent Partner who shares the above and wants to join our People Team. In this role, you'll collaborate with Hiring Managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience, working closely with hiring teams to define the ideal candidates and execute strategic recruitment plans to bring top talent on board.

What you'll do:

  • Own Full-Cycle Recruiting Process from A to Z, creating strategies and sealing deals with great talent globally
  • Be a Strategic Partner to hiring managers to understand their needs and develop unique, effective sourcing and hiring strategies
  • Create Job Descriptions, Role Profiles, and Offer Packages that attract the best candidates
  • Source Top Talent through outbound searches, utilizing networks, online databases, employee referrals, and other resources
  • Provide an Exceptional Candidate Experience, ensuring every candidate feels appreciated throughout their hiring journey with Influ2
  • Leverage Data for Success using data-driven insights to track candidates and optimize the hiring funnel


What you bring:

  • Over 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a startup or scale-up company
  • Proven success in recruiting for the Ukrainian and US markets, including business, tech, and executive roles
  • Experience designing and implementing recruitment strategies for both technical and non-technical positions
  • Proficiency in using ATS (preferably Lever) and various sourcing tools

  • Advanced English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You are a great listener and negotiator. You will effectively represent Influ2 to thousands of candidates globally while partnering and negotiating with all our hiring managers, keeping business needs in mind
  • Self-motivation: You are a problem solver with a strong desire to contribute to Influ2's business success and ensure the highest quality in hiring
  • Curiosity: You enjoy exploring what makes Influ2 unique and always stay informed about industry trends
  • Goal-oriented: You are comfortable with uncertainty and eager to take on challenges, achieving results quickly without sacrificing quality
  • Organizational Skills: You excel at managing multiple tasks, coordinating interviews, and keeping track of candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Attention to Detail: You carefully review inbound applications and candidates' profiles, conduct thorough background checks, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
