As a Data Storyteller at Influ2, you'll be a liaison between Customer Success and Business Analysis teams to elevate customer performance through sharp data analytics. You'll dive deep into customer strategies and performance to craft compelling ROI stories, design insightful quarterly business review decks, and deliver targeted reports. Your role is crucial in weaving data into powerful narratives that drive strategic decisions and customer success.

What you'll do:

  • Understand customer strategy: Grasp the client's business strategy and evaluate how it integrates with our product offerings to enhance customer value
  • Measure ROI: Consistently measure and analyze ROI and other critical data points against the client's strategy to ensure alignment and effectiveness
  • Create strategic narratives: Utilize ROI and other key metrics to create compelling data narratives. Identify opportunities for performance enhancement and acceleration
  • Monitor account health: Take the initiative to review and interpret health scores to identify risks and suggest mitigation strategies for better outcomes
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers: Work closely with the customer success team across various time zones to align goals, share customer insights, and drive coordinated efforts to craft a positive story for customers with data analysis.


Experience:

  • You bring 2+ years of experience in a related analytical role
  • You have advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with Looker and Google Studio would be a plus.
  • Prior experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success metrics would be a plus.


Skills:

  • Upper-Intermediate English is essential
  • Strong communication skills: You excel in fostering relationships and effectively communicating with stakeholders, including CSMs and cross-functional teams. You are adept at advocating for data-driven strategies and improvements based on analytical findings
  • Creative thinking: You possess creative skills in designing visually appealing data presentations that clearly convey complex information and provide out-of-the-box solutions
  • Technical acumen: You learn quickly and understand product setups and technical details essential for effective analysis and troubleshooting
  • Attention to detail: You provide exceptional attention to detail in creating and delivering customer-facing presentations that are both informative and persuasive
