Job Title: Senior HR Administrator

Reports to: Head of HR

Location:
Bangalore (Onsite)

Work Allocation: Monday-Friday (UK Shift)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HR Administrator to manage a wide range of administrative and HR-related tasks to ensure teams are supported and can work efficiently. This role requires a professional who can seamlessly handle employee experience, maintain office infrastructure, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and contribute to building a positive work culture.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, induction, documentation, exit process
  • Coordinate background checks, onboarding documentation and other pre-employment requirements. You will own the onboarding administration, ensuring a first-class employee experience
  • Maintain HR records, including employee files, attendance, leaves, and database updates
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other official documents
  • Assist in organising people-related initiatives, such as engagement programs, training sessions, and company events
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees, being proactive in finding answers and solutions, providing timely responses, escalating when needed and ensuring a positive employee experience
  • Organise and coordinate business trips, internal/external meetings, and events
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, HR policies, and statutory regulations
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive company data
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve and enhance HR processes, aiming for continuous improvement
  • Oversee daily office operations and facility management (cleanliness, maintenance, utilities, repairs)
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, vendor coordination, and procurement and liaise with vendors and service providers
  • Maintain office infrastructure, ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Act as the main contact for visitors, building passes, facilities issues, and landlord liaison

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations / Administration roles.
  • Prior experience in a multinational or mid-size corporate environment is preferred.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Prior experience working across time zones or with international teams is a plus
  • Ability to drive positive employee relations and monitor organizational health
