Job Title: Marketing Manager/ Demand Generation Manager

Reports to: Head of Marketing

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Work Allocation: Monday-Friday (UK Shift)

Key Relationships: Global Marketing Team (paid media, SEO, copywriters, designers, community), Product, Partnerships

Job Purpose: Easyship is a leading eCommerce shipping platform that enables frictionless shipping and fulfillment for businesses of all sizes. We simplify the task of shipping products into a single integrated dashboard, making it the favorite shipping platform of 100,000+ global retailers.

We’re looking for a senior Marketing / Demand Generation Manager to help drive our inbound growth engine—leading integrated campaigns across content, SEO/GEO, community, social and email channels that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline. You’ll act as a strategic anchor and central contributor for our global marketing team, bringing together storytelling, analytics, and strategic campaigns that turn ideas into measurable revenue outcomes.

This is a prime opportunity for an ambitious marketer to join a fast-paced, hyper-growth business with a global presence, strong product suite, and multiple audience segments. We are looking for someone with an agile, experimentation-first, and data-driven mindset to help accelerate our growth initiatives and drive increased awareness, acquisition, and activation.


What you'll do:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel inbound programs that blend SEO/GEO, social, email, content syndication, and community to create and capture demand;
  • Partner with Product and Partnership teams to translate new features or partner launches, webinars, and industry trends into compelling go-to-market campaigns;
  • Deliver channel-specific action plans on how to reach, engage, educate, acquire and retain core ICP and target audiences in a variety of content formats;
  • Monitor, research and respond to online customer feedback, questions or social comments including forums, community and third-party review platforms;
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor, adjust, and report on marketing performance and pipeline, focused on core marketing OKRs/KPIs, while also generating insights for future campaign recommendations to compound improvements over time;
  • Ability to implement and evaluate growth experiments and continually and optimize outcomes with documented, data-driven testing frameworks;
  • Capitalize on the rapidly changing AI search landscape to win brand share of voice and increase visibility across all major LLM platforms as consumer behavior shifts;
  • Strong understanding of modern conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles, focused on maximizing landing page conversion rates, lead qualification and quality;
  • Leverage automation technology, AI and other tools to enhance growth marketing effectiveness and efficiency and reduce administrative or repetitive tasks;
  • Always be learning: stay-up-date on the latest digital marketing updates, consumer research, competitor trends and industry best practices to continually test, learn and optimize activities.

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B/SaaS demand gen, inbound, or growth marketing
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable revenue impact through integrated campaigns
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with an ability to manage teams, cross-functional contributors and external partners
  • Excellent communicator who can blend creative storytelling with analytical precision
  • Proficient in marketing automation and analytics tools (HubSpot, GA4, Tag Manager)
  • Experience in Website CMS and general CSS/HTML knowledge is strongly preferred
  • Experience with AI tools and workflow automation (Zapier) are a strong plus
  • Data-obsessed and growth-oriented—comfortable testing, learning, and scaling fast
