Job Title: Senior HR & Office Administrator

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Working Hours: UK Business Hours (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday)
Office-based: 5-days week working from the office
Experience Level: Experienced

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Office Administrator to manage day-to-day HR functions and oversee all administrative operations in our India office. This hybrid role requires a professional who can seamlessly handle employee lifecycle management, maintain office infrastructure, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and contribute to building a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Administration:

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, induction, documentation, exit process.
  • Maintain HR records including employee files, attendance, leaves, and database updates.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, HR policies, and statutory regulations.
  • Handle HR-related queries from employees and act as the first point of contact for HR issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive company data.

Office Administration:

  • Oversee daily office operations and facility management (cleanliness, maintenance, utilities, repairs).
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, vendor coordination, and procurement.
  • Liaise with external service providers (IT support, security, etc.).
  • Organize and coordinate internal/external meetings, events, and training sessions.
  • Maintain office infrastructure, ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Support visiting employees or guests with logistics and office needs.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Encourage positive employee relations and monitor organizational health.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Excel and data management is essential.
  • Prior experience working across time zones or with international teams is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in HR and /or office administration roles.
  • Prior experience in a multinational or mid-size corporate environment is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
