Job Title: GTM Team Lead
Reports to: Head of Sales
Location: Bengaluru (On-site)
Job Purpose:
The GTM Team Lead will optimize sales performance, standardize processes, and drive revenue growth by implementing best practices, training, and technology solutions. They’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and ensure operational excellence, fostering accountability and efficiency across the sales organization.
What you'll do:
- Develop and maintain reporting for sales performance, monitor KPIs, pipeline health, and identify areas for improvement.
- Create and drive the adoption of shared sales processes and best practices across regions, ensuring a repeatable, successful sales methodology.
- Lead training sessions for new and existing reps, develop sales collateral, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging consistency across touchpoints.
- Oversee the use of sales tools (e.g., Hubspot, Gong), manage automation processes, and ensure tools align with strategic goals.
- Troubleshoot operational issues, validate commission structures, and ensure seamless execution of sales processes, automations, and task completion.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing) to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with business objectives, targeting the right personas with compelling messaging.
Who you are:
- 5+ years in sales operations, sales enablement, or go-to-market roles, ideally within SaaS or tech-focused companies.
- Deep knowledge of sales methodologies, CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce), and sales automation tools (e.g., Gong, Outreach).
- Familiarity with sales technology stacks, including CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement platforms, with a focus on optimizing processes and driving automation.
- Ability to work closely with Marketing, Product, and other teams to align go-to-market strategies, messaging, and customer experiences across all touchpoints.
- Familiar with tools like Google Data Studio / Tableau / Power BI.
- Familiar with CRM tools.
