Role: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Bangalore, India

Reports To: Ben Wright (London, UK)

Key Relationships: Global Marketing Team (paid media, SEO, copywriters, designers)

Job Purpose: We are seeking a talented digital marketing executive with a passion for identifying, testing and scaling new growth initiatives that deliver tangible business outcomes. Working with Easyship's global marketing team, you'll have the opportunity to support our digital marketing and growth hacking efforts including content, funnels, forums, community, social, automation, and more.

What you'll do:

• Lead the day-to-day creation, execution, and optimization of a range of digital growth initiatives that result in increased referral traffic, incremental Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), new sales pipeline and revenue growth;
• Deliver channel-specific action plans on how to reach, engage, educate, acquire and retain core target audiences in a variety of content formats.
• Monitor, research and respond to online customer feedback, questions or social comments including forums, community and third-party review platforms;
• Utilize analytics tools to monitor, adjust, and report on referral performance, focused on core marketing OKRs/KPIs, while also generating insights for future campaign recommendations to compound improvements over time.
• Ability to implement and evaluate growth experiments and continually and optimize outcomes with documented, data-driven testing frameworks.
• Strong understanding of modern conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles, focused on maximizing landing page conversion rates, lead qualification and quality.
• Leverage technology, AI and other tools to enhance growth marketing effectiveness and efficiency and reduce administrative or repetitive tasks.
• Always be learning: stay-up-date on the latest digital marketing updates, consumer research, competitor trends and industry best practices to continually test, learn and optimize activities.

Who you are:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of paid media channels (Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, etc)
• 3+ years of experience in paid media and performance marketing
• Strong copywriting and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
• Self-starter with a high level of initiative and the ability to self-manage
