Job Title: Talent Development Executive

Reports to: Head of Talent Acquisition

Location: London

We are looking for a stellar talent development executive to come join our team at Easyship. This is a newly created role in the business with a focus on helping improve the selection and hiring process and being an integral part of onboarding a new employee into further success. You are a true rounded people person with experience in hiring and developing people.

What you’ll do:

• Improve hiring and selection processes by providing a holistic and scientific based process to improve recruitment.
• Develop a detailed testing methodology to improve the quality of hiring and drive forward a modern approach to selection.
• Be an integral member in helping new hires succeed in the role, you will partner with the new talent to ensure they are successful over a set period of time.
• Be involved in recruitment training and recruitment best practices
• Bring a strong psychological and scientific background to provide the business with the best possible people solutions.
• Develop talent within the business.
• Focus on data analysis and delivery of data around recruitment metrics.

• Organizational or Occupational Psychology (Desirable)
