Looking for a highly analytical, user-obsessed product manager who wants to own the roadmap, the data, and the business impact behind a category-defining fintech product.

Debbie is the first rewards platform for financial wellness, where users can earn cashback for paying off debt and saving. We partner with banks and credit unions to help them acquire new young consumers as well as engage their existing members. As featured in Forbes, American Banker, CNN and more.
We are a seed-stage company that has raised over $8m from leading VCs in the US.
We have 13 live bank customers and are growing quickly to onboard more
A team of 11 hustlers with deep industry experience
We have offices in NYC and Tel Aviv.
📆 Your typical day here:
Own the full product development cycle for Debbie Rewards - from concept to launch to iteration
Be deeply hands-on with data: work with Dani, our data analyst agent to analyze large datasets to inform decisions
Work across our team in NYC & TLV, with opportunities to spend time in our NYC office in person at least once per year.
Work across all functions of our team (including Marketing, Business Development etc), but most closely with our Product Designer & CTO to translate user research and insights into best-in-class product experiences
Work daily with engineering to define scope, tradeoffs, and technical approach
Be obsessed with users — constantly evaluating how product decisions impact real people and their financial lives
Own the product P&L: understand reward economics, data costs, vendor fees, and ROI by feature and cohort
Work directly with financial institution partners to understand their needs, constraints, and success metrics
Help shape product strategy that works for both end users and enterprise customers
Drive execution across multiple workstreams and keep things moving fast

You are deeply data-driven and comfortable living in dashboards, queries, and spreadsheets
You take ownership of outcomes, not just outputs
You’re comfortable interfacing with customers and representing product externally
You thrive in ambiguity and know how to create clarity
You hustle, lead by example, and don’t wait to be told what to do

🛠️ Requirements:
4+ years of experience building and owning digital products
Strong data analysis skills (working with large data sets)
Strong technical fluency (APIs, data models, integrations)
Proven ability to model unit economics and reason about product P&L
Clear communicator with a business-minded product lens
