🎯 The Role
We’re looking for a Founding Account Executive to help build Debbie’s financial-institution sales motion from the ground up.
This is not a “run the playbook” role — you’ll help write it. You’ll own deals end-to-end, work directly with the founders, and shape how Debbie sells into credit unions and banks as we scale.
If you’ve sold into credit unions, banks, fintech partnerships, or financial infrastructure, and want real ownership at an early-stage company, this role is for you.

Debbie is the first rewards platform for financial wellness, where users can earn cashback for paying off debt and saving. We partner with banks to help them acquire new young consumers as well as engage their existing members. As featured in Forbes, American Banker, CNN and more.
We are a seed-stage company and have raised $5.5m from over 10 reputable VCs
We have 11 live customers and are growing quickly to onboard more
A team of 12 hustlers with deep industry experience
Today we have teams in NYC and Tel Aviv.
🧠 What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling to:
Credit unions
Banks
Fintech / financial infrastructure
Proven ability to run a full sales cycle (discovery → close)
Strong executive-level communication skills
Analytical and data-driven mindset (pricing, ROI, KPIs)
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in ambiguity
Excited to build — not just execute — a sales function
🛠️ Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle with credit unions and banks
Run discovery, demos, pricing conversations, and closing

Partner closely with founders on:
Sales strategy & ICP definition
Pitch refinement and objection handling
Pricing and packaging
Collaborate with Partner Success on smooth handoffs post-close

Help create and refine:
Sales decks
ROI models
Case studies and proof points
Represent Debbie at industry conferences and FI events
🚀 What We’re Offering
Base salary: $100K–$130K
Uncapped commission ($160K–$170K OTE)
