What we're seeking
We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Recruiter to join our fast-paced, mission-driven team. You will be instrumental in scaling Corvus Robotics by building out our talent acquisition process and bringing in top-tier candidates across a variety of roles. We need a partner who is excited to help shape the future of our hiring program and is committed to delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
Specifically, in this role you will:
Lead recruiting across various roles in a high-growth startup by running scalable operational processes, including scheduling, metrics, and pipeline management.
Be the partner to Hiring Managers for identifying ideal candidate profiles for different roles, and source challenging-to-fill positions.
Iterate on a robust recruiting process over the course of interviews and learnings from candidates, focusing on quality and speed.
Keep to very high standards for candidates for each role, while creating a positive candidate experience.
Must have
2-5 YOE recruiting in a high-growth company, across a diverse breadth of roles (beyond engineering or GTM)
Demonstrated ability for running repeatable processes and systems for recruiting, including using ATS, AI e.g. for sourcing or responses, and other software tools
Demonstrated ability to source and run outreach campaigns (at least with napkin numbers and metrics), across different levels of experiences and backgrounds, including non-conventional methods
Strong hands-on experience with recruiting operations, including scheduling, pipeline tracking, and offer generation (bonus if with a lightweight ATS)
Ability to develop hiring criteria based on a strong set of recruiting values, while also creating a positive candidate experience
Nice to have
Experience working in robotics, deeptech, or supply chain automation
Track record of creative problem-solving in the talent acquisition process for challenging-to-fill roles
Experience working at an early-stage startup or joining a tech company early in its growth phase
