Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Designer to join our Product team at CareAcademy. This position is crucial as it involves revitalizing our platform's user experience and design elements. You will play a pivotal role in transforming our design system and enhancing user satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strategic approach and proficiency in product design principles and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Drive our platform's UX and design strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Modernize existing design and develop new UX solutions to streamline user workflows.
• Conduct thorough user testing, including A/B testing, to validate and iterate on design decisions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to integrate front-end development requirements.
• Implement scalable design solutions that improve usability and enhance user satisfaction.
• Champion best practices in product design throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or related field preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating impactful design solutions.
• Proficiency in Figma required.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within tech startups or similar.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
