Here’s a quick overview of what you will be doing:

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify SMB merchants across target industries and geographies
Scrape and collect accurate NAPEW data using sources like Google, Yelp, and other online directories
Utilize tools such as ChatGPT and other AI platforms to assist with data enrichment and validation
Clean, deduplicate, and standardize existing data within HubSpot CRM
Ensure all records meet strict data quality standards before upload or assignment
Organize and maintain structured datasets in Google Sheets and/or HubSpot
Identify missing or incomplete data fields and proactively fill gaps
Work closely with sales and operations teams to support outbound prospecting efforts

1–3 years of experience in data entry, data research, lead generation, or prospecting
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Experience working with Google Sheets or Excel (sorting, filtering, formatting)
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred, but not required)
Comfortable using online research tools (Google, Yelp, LinkedIn, etc.)
Basic understanding of AI tools like ChatGPT for research or data support is a plus
Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly output targets
Strong organizational and time management skills
