Here’s a quick overview of what you will be doing:

Key Responsibilities:

    • Research and identify SMB merchants across target industries and geographies
    • Scrape and collect accurate NAPEW data using sources like Google, Yelp, and other online directories
    • Utilize tools such as ChatGPT and other AI platforms to assist with data enrichment and validation
    • Clean, deduplicate, and standardize existing data within HubSpot CRM
    • Ensure all records meet strict data quality standards before upload or assignment
    • Organize and maintain structured datasets in Google Sheets and/or HubSpot
    • Identify missing or incomplete data fields and proactively fill gaps
    • Work closely with sales and operations teams to support outbound prospecting efforts
  • 1–3 years of experience in data entry, data research, lead generation, or prospecting
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Experience working with Google Sheets or Excel (sorting, filtering, formatting)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred, but not required)
  • Comfortable using online research tools (Google, Yelp, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of AI tools like ChatGPT for research or data support is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly output targets
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
