We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Marketing Manager to build and lead our marketing function from the ground up. If you are looking to make a substantial impact and grow with an exciting startup, we would love to hear from you.
- Demand Generation: Implement and manage lead generation strategies to create sales opportunities and grow our customer base, working closely with sales to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for our website, blog, social media channels, and email campaigns to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve business objectives.
- Website Optimization: Monitor and improve the website's user experience, SEO, and conversion rates in collaboration with the development team.
- Social Media Management: Maintain and grow our presence on various social media platforms, engaging with our audience and cultivating relationships.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute virtual or in-person events such as webinars, trade shows, or networking events.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors, designers, or freelancers as needed.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies.
- 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, including experience in demand generation and copywriting (experience in a startup or SaaS environment is a plus).
- Design experience is a plus, including familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in marketing software tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, etc.
- Creative thinking with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and social media advertising best practices.
- Self-motivated, with a passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow.
