We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Full Stack developer to join the Botpress team and build the future of AI Agents. With over 500,000 users since last year's launch, you'll be joining one of the fastest-growing startups in Canada.

This Senior Full-Stack Developer will be responsible for developing the Botpress billing front-end and working with the Stripe API to improve visibility and stability. This role is a crucial part of the core engineering team. You'll also work closely with Go-To-Market (GTM) on revenue-generating projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features pertaining to the end-to-end financial infrastructure powering Botpress
• Design and develop billing architecture
• Resolve billing-related issues
• Proactively improve the transactional experience on the platform
• Collaborate with core engineering partners to improve the overall customer experience
• Write unit and end-to-end tests for mission-critical features
• Contribute to product documentation as it relates to monetization
• Add tracking and monitoring to capture user journeys

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development or programming in a similar environment. Our goto stack is Typescript, React.js, Node, PostgreSQL, Redis, and AWS.
• Proven experience with TypeScript for backend development and React.js for front-end development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (French is an advantage)
• A deep interest in AI Agents, voice- and chat-based user experiences
• Well-organized, excellent work ethic, pays attention to detail, and self-starting
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup and passionate about improving technical abilities
