About Botpress:

Botpress is at the cutting edge of AI automation, crafting solutions that propel businesses into the future. As we expand our capabilities, our Growth team seeks a Software Developer passionate about leveraging technology to solve real-world problems.

Responsibilities:

- Develop applications that fully utilize Botpress's core AI automation platform.

- Identify and collaborate with valuable Partners and Integrations to create advantageous projects.

- Implement and oversee tracking and analytics within the main product to monitor and analyze success metrics.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

- Uphold code quality and ensure continuous improvement through reviews and testing.

- Produce educational content for our users, written and video. (approximately 15% of the time)

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

- Minimum of 3 years experience in software development, including prototyping, product launches, or integrations.

- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or natural language processing is beneficial.

Personal Skills:

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.

- Independent approach to tasks and projects.

Technical Skills:

- Proficient in front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end languages (Node.js, Python).

- Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Experience with third-party API integrations.

- Proficiency with Git or other version control systems and awareness of CI/CD practices.

- Ability to craft data analytics and visualizations for performance tracking.
